Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent Fasting means to need eat for 16 hours. It is actually quite easy since you do sleep in between for 6-8 hours.

For example your last dinner is at 8pm then your breakfast will be at noon.

If you feel hungry before breakfast treat yourself with self-made juices, turmeric latte (non-dairy), coconut water or tea made with fresh herbs.

As soon as your system gets used to this cycle you won´t feel hungry anymore.
