Initial Consultation

Your initial consultation will be about 60 minutes.

You will receive a questionnaire in advance that contains questions about your medical history, diet and lifestyle. If diagnosis and laboratory tests are already available, Tina asks you to send them to her in advance by email.

During the consultation, Tina provides an overview of her understanding of your health issues and presents you a nutritional plan tailored to your needs that is aimed at improving your well-being. If further laboratory tests are necessary, Tina will advise you.

You will be given a program to follow for 2 or 4 weeks until your follow-up session.
