We do love snacks … no doubt! But they do not need to be made of trans fats, lots of salt & sugar, lectin, gluten and preservatives. Those common snacks like crisps, pretzels and flips are – as we all know – not healthy at all and leading to overweight and lots of health issues. Honestly! Why do we eat them? Let me show you an alternative which satisfies your cravings even more and, in addition to that, Lectin and Gluten Free Crackers provide your body with healthy nutrients.

The recipe is simple, and the preparation time won’t exceed 10 minutes.

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 265 grams of almond flour
  • if needed, olive oil

Even when it is winter you can have a beautiful looking dish on your plate which reminds us on spring!

Those nutrient-rich vegetables were harvested in winter and are therefore seasonal, local and organic. Another bowl of lectin-free food! I love simple dishes. It is easy to cook and easy for your body to digest. With lectin-free food your gut has no trouble to place the nutrients, vitamins and minerals where they belong to. Here I used broccoli, savoy cabbage, chard, onion, garlic and my homemade favorite dressing which I keep as a secret 😉
