How does Chlorophyll help the body?

If you decide to live healthy you go for it! What are you craving lately? I was definitely hunting for chlorophyll today. After one week of amazing seafood in Galicia, I needed proper detoxification. Not because I have been eating bad quality… actually, the opposite was the case. But my body felt kind of overwhelmed with all that protein.

Have you ever had that feeling?

You might or might not know that chlorophyll, the blood of a plant is similar to the blood of humans. It only differs in one mineral, magnesium for the plant and iron for humans. To keep our blood flowing and free of toxins, we need the help of our plants’ blood (liquid).
