We do love snacks … no doubt! But they do not need to be made of trans fats, lots of salt & sugar, lectin, gluten and preservatives. Those common snacks like crisps, pretzels and flips are – as we all know – not healthy at all and leading to overweight and lots of health issues. Honestly! Why do we eat them? Let me show you an alternative which satisfies your cravings even more and, in addition to that, Lectin and Gluten Free Crackers provide your body with healthy nutrients.

The recipe is simple, and the preparation time won’t exceed 10 minutes.

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 265 grams of almond flour
  • if needed, olive oil

Even when it is winter you can have a beautiful looking dish on your plate which reminds us on spring!

Those nutrient-rich vegetables were harvested in winter and are therefore seasonal, local and organic. Eating seasonal vegetables and fruits is the best way to provide your body with those minerals, vitamins, trace elements, antioxidants and polyphenols he needs at a time when the air gets colder and the days shorter. They will help strengthen your immune system and keep away the cold.

The veggies I picked are all lectin-free. Which means they not only support your gut but heal him at the same time.

Another bowl of lectin-free food! I love simple dishes. It is easy to cook and easy for your body to digest. Here I used broccoli, savoy cabbage, chard, onion, garlic and my homemade favorite dressing which I keep as a secret 😉

Aqua culture is more and more common and if you are not sure where the fish comes from you should definitely buy it from there. Just check on how the fish has been fed. Nowadays farms feed the fish with corn and grains which are most likely GMO.

I’d like to share this vegan version of our favorite dish “Spaghetti with meatballs”.

It does not have to be meat all the time. Why?

Because it takes up to 72 hours to digest meat properly. During this time your body can’t concentrate on other little things which need to be fixed. Also plant based food is more similar to our body and places the nutrients easier and more effectively in our organs. Besides that if you don’t pay attention to the quality of meat you buy, you could end up taking antibiotics and/or germs. Apart from that you might know the great suffer of animals when kept in conventional farms.
