- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 gloves of garlic, diced
- A few branches of green kale, cut the stem off
- A few leaves savoy, cut the stem off
- Vegetable broth, yeast-free 1.5 litre 3 cubes
- Half a head cauliflower, picked in small pieces
